Aside from the insane movie-making quality of his stuff (and that posessed boy scene in the witch was amazing. I bought it.), what I liked most about the Northman was that people were like "that's crazy and stupid" and I was like "bro, that is actually part of a saga and this was actually accurate to their religious principles"
Eggers is just making horror movies out of real history.
