RE: God of War 2018
I played it maybe halfway through then gave up. Theres this weird trend in modern games and tv where they take a great setting and then focus the story on something superficial and boring. God of War kept trying to make me give a shit about the kid and mom, but all of the characters involved are too retarded to take any of it seriously. All the mythos they are borrowing from just becomes background candy, and I'm not interested in learning how war god raises his son next. I can't even remember the main characters name. That's how uninteresting they made Norse mythology, which I guess is some sort of accomplishment.
