Machine Strike is Horizon's answer to Gwent, except it's a board game similar to chess. Also, whereas people convince themselves to like Gwent, they can't do that with Machine Strike because it has no likeable features. You can just play Gwent. You have to take night classes to play Machine Strike. It's more of a career than a minigame. Possibly for this reason, it is almost universally hated.
