Last time I recommended Rurouni Kenshin to someone, the zoomer defense force immediately showed up, holding up their social science degrees, to inform me that its creator is a convicted pedophile and THAT I SHOULD DO BETTER LEST I BE CANCELLED ON THE SPOT.

I've only seen the first live action movie (Didn't know there were more) and I recall enjoying it. The best adaptation of the original serial, to me, is still Trust & Betrayal.
