Yeah, the movies have pretty much zero down time or filler. Everything is solid content. Hajime is played by Yusuke Eguchi, and he's absolutely great as a nemesis turned ally. Apart from the "guest" manga/anime callback villains, he exerts the most force as a screen presence. But every one of the villains are a treat to watch. I mentioned Yukishiro Enishi. I have no experience with him in his earlier treatments, but Mackenyu's portrayal is very effective at conveying a lot of stuff -- power, homicidal rage, calculation, and an unbearable grief. Impressive stuff.
