RE: More impressions of Star Wars Outlaws
I despair of modern gamers' taste. It took me a couple of videos to figure out that Crimson Desert is an overstuffed, undercooked mess, just like Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 is an overrated JRPG talking simulator painted over with French cultural cliches. Amid all the berets, horizontal striped shirts, and baguettes, they throw in a parry system that's supposed to add an element of skill. If you consider pulling your hand away just before someone slams a car door on it anything close to a skill, you'll probably love this brilliant addition.
Mixtape is the new Expedition 33, except it doesn't even have that game's stupidly out of place rat trap parry system. As far as I can tell, you win if you can endure multiple hours of 90s suburban kids complaining about their lives and floating through various Chinese theater money shots involving shopping carts and explosions. 10 out of 10.
Your $3 hallway simulator sounds brilliant by comparison.
