I heard Mixtape licensed all of those songs in perpetuity, and that it was financed by Larry Ellison’s daughter? We live in a weird place.
I haven’t played it, but I’ve seen some streamers demonstrating how on rails it is. Even putting their hands up in the air to show they’re not touching the controller through “action” sequences with zero consequence.
From what I’ve heard of the writing, it’s more putting up with Zoomers writing about what they think 90s kids sounded like.
Anyway there’s no Queen or Weird Al on that soundtrack so it’s pretty inauthentic.
