Subject: RE: More impressions of Star Wars Outlaws

Finally, as for Horizon, Sony is already destroying it as a franchise. I like the Zero Dawn remaster, but I have to admit that it was not at all necessary. The Lego game was a misstep. Sony overestimated the Horizon brand power. I love it, but it's not Star Wars or Batman. They're doing it again with this stupid Hunter's Gathering live service thing. No one is going to play it, not even the faithful dorks on the Horizon sub-reddits. They have all but said so. Releasing it can only damage the brand further.

Which makes me fear for the future of Horizon 3. Sony -- looking at you, Jim Ryan, Herman Hulst, and the usual conference table full of Mr. Potter-sans -- is making a gigantic mess of this franchise while inexplicably delaying the end of the sp trilogy. If H3 ever does get finished (which is looking more doubtful every day), no one will buy it either.
