On that Blood ladder back then, whoever hosted the match usually won because the lag of the opponent was soo bad they had no chance.

Once you got ranked you just challenged people lower than you because the higher rank always hosted so it was next to impossible to lose.

I do fondly remember hitting SIM in the face with dynamite several times. And just spamming sticky bombs everywhere and hiding.
