JW with a shotgun in quake 3 was a nightmare. I max tiered q3 single player so quickly that IRL friends were like, "hwaet" but MP was a different beast.
Somehow MP deathmatch went from a thing to a slog (ignoring obvious cheaters like most of the guys doing videos) and then I just dropped it entirely.
