It works really well with Vista and IE7. I had a little trouble with the sound, but restarting the computer fixed that. I play in fullscreen, so I don't know what happens to Vista Aero. Oh -- I did get an IE7 error while ago when I exited the game. I should report it.
As for Appaloosa, I have no idea why Necro likes it so much. It's a good western, but nothing special. I kept waiting for something amazing to happen, like Ed Harris transforming into a werewolf, but it was all pretty average. I did like the fact that nobody did quick-draws. The gunfights were duels, with weapons already drawn.
