It is most definately windows-7 which is beta. I got into a live match fine at work when I tested it.
PunkbusterB won't install, and there is some driver issue going on. I can only see the game running with aero glass enabled. I can get in with IE8 but that has it's own problems, punkbuster kicks for one and the mouse input isn't captured properly.
