I love Red Robin but the one nearest us hires assholes for waitstaff too often. There's one about an hour away that's awesome but always packed. The nearby one, we've had bad service 2 out of 7 visits, which makes me not want to go there. The burgers are the best, though, and the steak fries are awesome.
