What do you mean by "doesn't get my order right"? If he doesn't set down the right plate in front of you, that's hardly reason to get upset. If the food itself is wrong, then that is usually the cooks fault. I went to dinner with my gf and friends about a month ago and half the orders were wrong. They we're all bitching about the waitress when I was sitting there confused trying to explain to them that she didn't cook the food. While everyone else was visibly pissed I just smiled at her and told her she owes me a free beer for the next screw up.
