By "doesn't get the order right" I mean tried to commit the table's order to memory, and forgot some distinction like "no cheese on this please."

While granted, anybody with special dietary concerns takes their health in their own hands when they go out to eat, it's nice if a waiter/waitress pays at least a little attention and doesn't miss small requests like "no cheese, medium-well", etc.

Now if I substitute the side dish, ask for non-wheat bread, different condiments than are on the menu, and basically recreate the entire dish into something they don't normally serve, that's different.
