I think what muppet is saying is perfectly reasonable. Also, in your case, johnny, while the cooks may have made the food wrong, if half of the order was fucked up, then he/she should have realized it. I also hate the waiters/waitresses who give poor service because they assume that a particular customer won't give them a good tip. When the customer doesn't end up giving them a good tip because of shit service, they turn around and say "See, I knew he wouldn't leave a tip". Jackasses.
I personally never bitch. I would leave without paying before being a jerk, and having them remake or change the order. Anyone who would do so is a complete idiot.
