RE: L4D2 is getting No Mercy
Dead Air was just "meh" for me. What was the one that took place in the woods and had the corn field and farm house finale? Blood Harvest or something. That and No Mercy were my favorites. There were parts of Death Toll I enjoyed but I hated the first map in it so I rarely played it.
No Mercy though, is the only campaign that I actually enjoy ALL of the maps in. Dead Center comes close except that the actual inside of the mall map is cramped and boring after the first 2 outdoor maps, and plays a bit unbalanced.
If Dark Carnival had a decent finale it would probably come close to at least being on par with No Mercy. There's nothing I'd love to see more than how crescendo events play out with the spitter. All I remember about L4D is how often the team would crowd into a corner and melee the horde down to nothing without taking a scratch.
