My sister has had way more issues with various dogs pissing/shitting/vomiting then I ever had with my cat. Actually, my cat never shit outside his box, or vomited *anywhere*. He had pissed outside his box several times, but it was generally around old litter boxes and such, and always in the unfinished basement. My cat is more of a dog then most dogs will ever be. He does shed a lot because he's a long hair, but still less than my sister's yellow lab.
