Among other preparations, I had to learn Telekinesis to rob the Hlaalu vault. I don't remember why. That job did indeed take a ton of planning, including finding a new house to store some of the loot. I could have used my regular Balmora house and piled it on top of the other things that literally covered every surface, but a healthy mind needs an orderly home.
