Knights of the Old Republic if you haven't tried it, though I'm guessing you have.
If you want another RPG that will completely fuck you over without batting an eye, give The Temple of Elemental Evil a try, try to play the original unpatched version for extra lulz, I guarantee much cursing and fists pumping at the air.
Give Arcanum a go, this one is actually pretty good.
