Drunken frat douches, center of attention whores, smelly hippies, theater kids, hot skanks, and hipsters. 1965, 1989, 2000, 2010... doesn't really matter the date. That's what's in a college town. I don't know that their activities can be narrowed down to anything beyond loud and obnoxious. God I miss it.
