Possibly a background process, what with every web site out there wanting to update every five seconds or so. Have no experience tweeking Windows7 though. Its also possible that the virus scanner is scanning all incoming packets. Will list what is active tonight and ask for your input. I'll also accept others input, but reserve the right to ignore Necro.
