top frame is slow cause the free server and residential internet connection is slow. code is shorter and more efficient than yours.
your forum is buggy as shit. and invents visitors randomly. and phantom posts that people cant reply to. gets obsenely slow for no reason. This was my first .net web project ever, wrote it in a day as a refuge when you threw your hissy fits. id re-write it in c# if i cared. also, an engineer, not a .net programmer. and still a heluva lot better than yours, weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
