My favourite current bottle of scotch is Ardbeg, but I love my scotch peaty and smoky. I also have a Talisker and Laphroiag on the go, and a Glenlivet for visitors who prefer a milder whiskey. I've also a rye on the bar.
Also consider a good tequila for a warming sip. Patron Reposado is delicious; the Anejo divine.
