If that video was real, then it almost looks like there's a bit of auto steering going on. They probably had to do this since relying only on the kinect controls probably would result in people flying all over the road.
Still not the least bit interested in it. It will crash and burn fast if developers just try to implant motion control over the traditional game genres. It needs a more practical purpose. The menu navigation and voice commands are the only things that I'd want to test out if I ever did see one.
