Not to feed Necro, but there are some things I miss about living in SoCal. Trader Joes. The weekly bluegrass jam I used to go to in Granada Hills. San Diego and Santa Monica. Christmas Day hot tub session. That I had two ice rinks within a 15 minute drive from my apartment, and could play pick up hockey three times a week if I wanted (can't get ice time like that here--too big a demand).
The earth quakes and fires are not among them. And the traffic...
