RE: So I did the math...
I had half a medium pizza. I was going to eat half of my sandwich and leave the rest for lunch today, but I lost control and ate all of it. In a fit of despair, I also ate a 3.6 oz. container of Ben & Jerry's Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream, which has enough fat and calories to kill a rhinoceros. It will take me two weeks of hair-shirting to burn off this inexcusable lapse in discipline. I will never be rid of the shame.
