All I can say is expect to get booted a lot when starting off. There's just no way to avoid it as most people that still play frequently are the assholes that don't tolerate noobs. If you keep watching what other people do eventually you'll pick up on it. Once you know the maps like the back of your hand there isn't much more to learn about the game.
