I have seen a wallhack for sure. I purposefully spawned in places where the guy could take the shot, but had no way of seeing me. I also speced him the whole round watching him shoot common through floors etc.
One thing people mistake for hacking is the shadow bug where shadows clip through walls and ceilings. For instance: on Carnival, there are some cow sheds just before the panic event to get into the concert amphitheater. Infected's shadows on the roof will be visible from the rooms below. Also, inn the tunnel of love, the room with the closet just before the drop through the hole, infected who spawn inide the closet will cast a shadow on the wall visible from outside the closet. Also, charger's arms will clip through the wall.
