dude, I can't comprehend how these people online, less than a week since the game has been out, keep owning me with combos that take 75% or more of my life off. It's fucking amazing. Occasionally I'll be lucky enough to destroy some people on the same skill level as me, but the combos I cannot get down in online play. Obviously they're no sweat in training, but as soon as another living, breathing person is in control of the opposite team I freeze.
My main problem is my team right now. X-23, Iron Man, and Wolverine. X-23 is my main point character, and she is utterly useless unless you combine her with the right assists. Unfortunately, Wolverine and Iron Man are NOT the right assists. Iron Man's projectile is decent, but the frame time on it blows. As soon as I fight any character with a cheap projectile move, X-23 may as well be dead. I'm really striving to learn how to deal decent damage with her since she is one of the best rush down characters in the game, but that's going to take combo skill that I don't have. I may have to give up in a few weeks and concede to some zoning characters like Arthur.
Oh, and I don't know about you, but I rarely run into games where people use Sentinel or Storm. Extremely surprising.
