There are subtle differences between fighting game nerds and RPG/MMO nerds. Instead of being 400 pounds, they're usually malnutritioned, neck bearded goblins that haven't been to the barber in 4 months and that reak of B.O.
They wouldn't dare eat while practicing in fear of smudging up their prized fightsticks, but they do live of off caffeine, cocaine, or anything else that is going to slow down time so that they can perform split second button combinations more easily.
