Ah, I knew someone would post about QWOP sooner or later.
I've gotten through the whole course before, by using the knee high hopping technique everyone else and their mothers use, the only hard part is actually getting it started without tipping over.
Have you played the version for mobiles? It's got a particularly hilarious obstacle race.
