Yes, too many "cross-platform" games.
Okay, much as I like Quake 3 and Torchlight, they shouldn't be in that list anywhere. Torchlight is just a remake of Fate, which was a cute Diablo clone. Quake 3 was just a bunch of mp maps -- fun but not top 100. Design-wise, UT'99 and 2004 were better, but they were still mp map money-grabs and so should not be in the list.
Yes, too many Valve sequels and "episodic" things. Also, I don't think mods (Counter-Strike) should be counted. With Counter-Strike, Valve did its usual Valve thing and exploited someone's mod for money.
WoW should be in the list -- don't think it should be that high -- but it is the best WoW clone.
