I think they claimed his vasectomy scar was visible in the photos, and that must have been some hackjob vasectomy for that to be true.
Anyway, yes, if he had the photos on a device only he had access to and was clearly using them, he's guilty as fuck, but from the info I've been able to get that's not clear.
It's not like I'm recommending anybody use him as a babysitter. I just have doubts, and I'll have them for probably a long time because I'm not going to pony up $100 or whatever for official transcripts.
I do know that some of his close friends have stopped visiting him in prison, so, for whatever that's worth...
