The fact that the evidence is undeniable is one thing, the other fact that the mother and the daughter would have to live with themselves if they made the story up makes it even more believable.
I could actually see a woman holding a grudge against an EX soo bad that they might do something like that but not the child.
You want to give him the benefit of the doubt because you think you know him. I understand that.
Do you really think the court would just make the whole thing up or even bother trying him if they didn't have actual hard evidence? If so you watch too much CSI...
Would you let your own kids stay with him for the weekend is the real question.
