RE: Who do laptops still have optical drives?
I don't use an optical drive very often except to rip videos for my kid on the TiVo, but my wife would like to have one in a laptop so she can sit and watch movies when the TV is being used by me or the kids. My daughter watches DVDs on her laptop sometimes. Not everybody illegally downloads stuff and kids aren't generally going to use streaming services by themselves.
"Everybody but me is an idiot" is usually something that wears off in your mid twenties, so I guess most of you guys can be excused for it.
