We have various products. I set up all the software, and computer related equipment. I provide training on software usage, and also on maintaining hardware. These are just the typical things I do. But, since I'm a field technician, if a product has been deployed, and the customer needs on-site support, or hardware/software/firmware needs to be upgraded, then I do that.
You don't have to feel sorry for me. I make a very reasonable amount of money, and it's not uncommon for me to only work 3 days a week - for only a couple of hours each day.
