I'm with you Bili, the hoppier the better. Speaking of which, Hopslam by Bell's is one of my favorite standby beers. By the way, if you guys still haven't tried Samael's Oak Aged Ale, go out and buy a bottle already. I don't know if the one I drank was just aged perfectly or what but it was amazing. Speaking of age, I can only seem to ever find the bottled on dates for beers where it's better to age them... Pretty sure I drank some shit that should have been consumed after the first 6 months a few weeks ago. Can't remember the name off hand but it tasted like ass and the globs of yeast weren't the most appetizing things in the world.
