I thought The Witcher was okay, at least up to chapter 3 when it started going all slide show on me because CDProjekt didn't bother to optimize that part. The story was reasonably interesting and I liked Geralt, but the game was in no way the masterpiece everybody made it out to be. It was just a relatively unusual RPG with a lot of quirky European flavor -- and a lot of bugs.
