i now know why pabst blue ribbion is a hipster dri
yesterday, while biking around downtown with my girlfriend, she took me to the old PBR factory on the outskirts of DTLA...
the place has been converted into lofts/art studios. its a labyrinth of fucking balconies, hallways, catwalks and outdoor areas. its a real unique place. at its core is an indoor auditorium-like place DECKED THE FUCK OUT WITH HIPSTERS OF EVERY SORT. oh my fucking GOD there were hipster bicycles parked everywhere, tables with all kinds of hippy/art/bullshit flyers GALORE. oh my god this place was literally hipster central.
there is no way this is a coincidence.
PBR is a hipster drink because of the old PBR brewery for sure.
