Dumb is the right word.
Spoiler-type things:
Boss 1: Shoot explosive barrel next to him to stun him. Stroll up to him and zap him repeatedly with the stun gun until he drops.
Zhao panic room ambush: Use the vents, Luke.
Boss 2: Typhoon her when she first runs up to you. Zap her repeatedly with the stun gun until she drops.
Boss 3: Normal skill: when he's jumping over a wall (right before he lands), do a takedown on him. Hard skill: typhoon him three times.
Boss 4: LOL
