Risk management with expired sodas should definitely be left to the pros.
Let's go back for a minute to your flipping pages loudly. This is what concerns me. What kinds of safety procedures did you have in place? What would you say to impressionable young readers who think it's acceptable to flip pages willy-nilly, taking no thought for consequences?
