The fact that he transported a water-cooled PC to work shows that he knows nothing about tech. You don't move a computer like that. You anchor it in one place with large masonry bolts, hoping that tiny seismic disturbances won't dislodge the tubing.
Yes, I'm sure he has it overclocked to the point where everything barely works on it. As soon as something goes wrong, he'll blame Vista or jump on a game forum and whine about how he's getting blue screens and he's going to start a class action suit.
