alot of the animations are cheap. the main ones for characters and monsters are obviously more refined, but all the scripted events are total shit. utter complete shit.
the dragon flying looks like ass, rocks falling and hitting the ground look like ass, walls caving in look like ass, anything that moves looks like ass.
they also downgraded the physics which was apparent in fallout 3, the game is just boring.
