yeah instead of doing shit like TESTING NUCLEAR FISSION OUT IN OUR OPEN ATMOSPHERE (oh u 1950's) FOR THE FIRST TIME. which really did have a bunch of valid theoretic concern for things to go horribly, horribly wrong. its being done in a controlled RESPONSIBLE environment. which that alone indicates RESPONSIBLE intention. which translates to good use. at its very core, the most simplistic and primitive use drawn out with be weapons R&D - this is the model of human evolution. stop being a fucking hippy. theres obviously much more to it.
