Last night, I upgraded my Nightingale armor to Legendary. Even with 100 smithing skill and required ingredients, default only allows for a Flawless improvement. For Legendary, need four void salts (one for each piece of armor), 100 in smithing, a 50% smithing potion, and a couple of pieces of smithing bling. I AM SMARTER THAN THE GAME
