Or you could just call the courthouse and tell them you lost your letter and see if they can direct you to the right clerk. Some courts used to fine you $100 if you didn't show up, but now I think they send Deputy Weld out to get you, which might be best because then you'd wind up in the right courtroom, after possibly being placed under arrest.
Coming to Texas is no answer. I'm a regular down at the courthouse.
