Where was there deceptive advertising? It's not like they were saying "20% less than the cheapest price you can find". They were overly expensive in the first place, so 20% off is only 50% away from being reasonable.
Yes, capitalism does let them cease to exist. Do we really want that store to stick around forever, anyways? After all, nothing lasts forever. Plus, they have to try to make as much money during the liquidation phase in order to pay off as much outstanding dept as possible. You just have no clue how business works.
