I'm pretty sure nobody is worthy of the bailout money, except of course the people that passed it who got a chunk. The funny thing is, when the Big 3 basically have a plan to use it, they jump through hoops just to get so much as a loan. This is because most people drive a car so they assume they know how the business works. They had no idea how the banking industry works and assumed that a bailout without any plan before hand to see where the money is going would be a good idea. Give them another 3 months to do something with the money, and if they don't, make it mandatory that it goes to the people. The people use it to pay off their debt to the banks, and the banks get it right back so what's the big deal?
