the monsters in PoE get pretty damn crazy in latter difficulties. they just updated to 0.99
witch/caster by far has the most dps but is very easily slain, especially by monsters running flicker strike, with is enhanced dmg tele skill. the ranger gets some pretty neat support gems that just ruin shit. her dps in on par with with the highest of melee class but the added bonus of using projectiles as her primary attack make things very fun and fast. im pretty sure range is the quickest way to rake exp. she just clears rooms instantly by taking out swarms of mobs with her arrows. its much quicker than witch or duelist. i would say range class is best class for pvm
